Projeni Pather: Exposure Marketing Director and MamaMagic Exhibition Director
A mother of two and a passionate and successful business woman, Projeni Pather is the mother of MamaMagic™, The Baby Expo® and professional guru in the baby industry. As an ex teacher Projeni left the comforts of corporate life to start Exposure Marketing and Communication in 2004, and has never looked back. She created a whole new world for expectant parents when she created MamaMagic in 2005after seeing a gap in the market for parents who had a hunger for information and who didn’t have time to fight their way through a jargon-jungle with unpronounceable terms and inexplicable technologies. Through hard work and sheer determination, she raised MamaMagic along with her two children, to create Africa’s biggest and best child and parenting expo. In 2010, Naveen Pather joined Exposure marketing and the power duo decided to contribute to South Africa’s education industry by hosting the countries first and only educational resources exhibition. A huge success and welcomed with open arms, Future Ed proved an urgent need for such an exhibition and continues to inspire and grow.
Naveen Pather: Exposure Marketing Director and Future Ed Exhibition Director
Naveen Pather, officially joined the Exposure Marketing Team fulltime in 2010 and brought his passion and keen sense of business in order to bring his passion of Future Ed to fruition. He is the heart behind the success of Exposure Marketing and Communication and the man with all the ideas. As the driving force of the company, Naveen has over 15 years’ experience in business management and ensures that everything runs smoothly at each of our expos. With his key experience in operations and business management, Naveen guarantees that the brand performs at its best, providing professionalism of the highest standard.
Warren Murray: Exhibitions Manager
Our go-to-guy is Exhibitions Manager, Warren Murray. He is known for his insatiable commitment to only offer the best of the best to every visitor that walks through the doors of each of our exhibitions. Warren oversees the behind the scenes before and at the show with flair. He pulls out all the stops to include the very best technologies, the finest products and services, and is the general point of contact for all customer care services.
Marita le Roux: MamaMagic Sales Manager
Our MamaMagic’s rock, Marita has built up the MamaMagic brand based on solid relationships and a great understanding of each of her clients. With years of sales experience and a wealth of knowledge of the exhibition industry, floor plans and ROI Marita bridges the gap between exhibitors and visitors. She can be told that the world is coming to an end and will remain cool, calm and collected – ready to solve the problem. According to Marita stress is but another word in the dictionary.
Yolandie de Jager: Marketing Manager
Leaving the comforts of the coast for the big city lights of Jozie, Yolandie de Jager is a gem to behold. Coming from a promotions, branding and events background, Yolandie hits the road running and is our resident out-of-the-box thinker. A people person at heart, she understand the needs of our visitors and exhibitors and is able to put together a killer marketing strategy to take us beyond any of our targets and wowing our visitors into coming to our shows.
Michelle van Alphen: Services and Logistics Manager
With a pure Scorpio personality of determination and being a perfectionist, Michelle van Alphen joins the team with gusto. Michelle is here to make every exhibitors life easy by ensuring you, as well as the entire Exposure team, has everything you need for every show. With an easy going attitude and amazing organisational skills, Michelle is just a phone call away.
Daniela Sperotto: Content & Communications Manager
A true creative at heart, Daniela Sperotto is all about words and communication, and is our resident social media and website junkie. With a love for the little things and attention to detail, she gets the word out there any way possible to ensure our show and our exhibitors are always in the limelight and our visitors kept up-to-date with the latest and best news available.
Tshepang Mamogale: Creative Executive
Our in-house creative and specialist in all things beautiful, Tshepi brings our show ideas to life in any way she can. She brings with her, her expertise in art direction and design as well as her determination for going above the ordinary and mundane. With the ability to pull rabbits out of hats during deadline, Tshepi is a true creative with an eye for all things extraordinary.
Cherise Temple: Client Service Executive
Cherise joins the team with an uncanning passion and willingness to learn about anything and everything which is ultimately what makes her a huge asset to the entire team. Driven to succeed in everything she does, Cherise is her to answer any client service questions and being people person at heart, she always has a calm demeanour and a solution to every problem.
Rebecca Seima: Credit Controller
With robust attention to detail and every cent counted, Rebecca is the ever efficient and meticulous lady heading up our accounts department. With a friendly smile over the phone, Rebecca ensures all our creditors have their paperwork and accounts in order before taking to the exhibition floor. Her smile is backed by a firm spirit, ensuring all accounts are handled with integrity and fairness.
Annah Mokgoankgoa: Office Administrator
The voice behind Exposure Marketing, Annah knows how to maintain a professional attitude and to make a good impression both in person and on the phone. She is the happy voice on the other side of the line and the first person - with the biggest smile - you’ll meet when you come to our offices. Behind the scenes, Annah is known as the resident hostess and is always up for a good laugh.
